Our products are a mix of internationally sourced OEM and in house.
Product Design
Embedded research and development using a variety of hardware platforms to match application to price. Specialists in developing small embedded IoT edge data gathering and visualization devices. We understand how to match the value of the data to the price of the device – ensuring effective application and achieving the Return On Investment expected.
Test and QC
Each product is tested to a set of parameters designed by the engineering department. The products then pass through a Quality Control phase to verify assembly and then onto packaging where serial numbers, datasheets and packaging are handled.
Electronic Manufacture Capabilities
Rapid prototyping with a number of technologies including 3D CAD using SolidWorks, 3D scanning and 3D printing (FDM and SLA), CO2 laser cutting and engraving and PCB design/ development with pick and place facilities.
OEM
Application specific products sourced through our international distribution agreements. All products are tested and adapted to meet the highest standards. In many cases the products are enhanced through improved documentation, firmware enhancements and local product knowledge.
