eZiControl – Return & Refund Policy

Returns 

​• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product or service. 

​• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. 

​• For digital or subscription-based services, returns are only eligible if the service has not been accessed or used. 

Refunds 

​• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

​• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. 

Exchanges
